The Barbados Water Authority’s (BWA) Golden Ridge station has resumed pumping early this morning, Wednesday, August 28. The facility is pumping at full capacity and water is again flowing back into the network.

Customers in parts of St. Joseph, St. Andrew and St. Thomas, who were impacted by low pressure or outages yesterday, should already have water flowing into their homes and businesses. However, due to usage, it may take a little while for normal pressure to return to all affected districts.

As usual, the Authority’s water tankers stand ready to assist residents of any area, as a temporary measure. Customers may contact the BWA at 434-4292, or via Facebook to report any issue they may be experiencing.

The Barbados Water Authority sincerely apologises for the inconvenience caused by this disruption in service.
