The National Non-Communicable Disease Commission is set to take its campaign to encourage salt reduction to another level.
It will launch the initiative during a press conference this Wednesday, February 22, at 10:00 a.m. in room 509 at the Ministry of Health, Frank Walcott Building, Culloden Road, St. Michael.
Speakers at the event will be Minister of Health, Donville Inniss; Chairman of the Non-Communicable Disease Commission, Professor Trevor Hassell and Calypsonian Patrick "Salt" Bellamy.
