Candidates sitting the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) May/June examinations, CSEC or CAPE, are reminded that upon receiving their timetables, they should check these and report any errors to the Examinations Section of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.

All examinations for private candidates, with the exception of English A, Mathematics, French and Spanish Orals, will be held at the Kensington Oval, Fontabelle, St. Michael.  English A and Mathematics will be held at New Dimension Ministries, Barbarees Hill, St. Michael.

Candidates are asked to note that morning examinations begin at 9:00 a.m., while afternoon examinations commence at 1.00 p.m.

French Oral examinations will be held at the Springer Memorial Secondary School, Government Hill, St. Michael, on Monday, April 24, beginning at 9:00 a.m.; while Spanish Oral Examinations for candidates from Centre 030102 will take place at the Ministry’s headquarters on Constitution Road, St. Michael.

Candidates whose surnames begin with the letters A to H are requested to take the orals on Wednesday, April 26, and persons whose surnames begin with the letters I to Z will take the orals on Thursday, April 27.

Spanish Oral Examinations for candidates from Centre 030121 will be undertaken at the St. Michael School, Martindale’s Road, St. Michael, on Wednesday, April 26. All Spanish Oral Examinations start at 9:00 a.m.

Meanwhile, with respect to Paper 3/2, individuals who are not re-sit candidates, or persons who are not reusing SBA marks, must write the third paper. Only candidates who write all three papers will be graded. The Ministry is therefore asking that candidates ensure that all three papers appear on their timetable, if applicable.

Students are urged to read all information on the timetable and adhere to it. They are further reminded that lost timetables will not be replaced.
