Head of the Change Management Office in the CARICOM Secretariat, Liza Bynoe, met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator Maxine McClean recently.

During the meeting, which took place at the Ministry on Culloden Road, the two officials discussed matters of mutual interest, including challenges in the reformation of CARICOM and initiatives to improve the efficiency of that organisation.

Talks also focused on the role of the CARICOM Secretariat; the challenges associated with Caribbean integration; and the best ways in which CARICOM could educate and communicate with member states.

Ms. Bynoe is in Barbados to update Members of Cabinet and other government officials on the 2015-2019 Strategic Plan for the Caribbean Community.
