The Community Development Department (CDD), in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment, will host a series of free arts programmes, commencing September 2021.

Under the Community Arts Programme the following courses will be offered and will run for a period of either one week or 12 weeks.  They are: Fundamentals of Drawing and Illustration; Colour Theory and Painting; Basic Anatomy and Figure Drawing; Caricature and Character Creation; Airbrush Basics; Basic Sign Making; Body Art; Automotive Art and Spray Painting; Animation, and Screen Printing.

The courses will be taught at the Weston Resource Centre, St. James; Deacons Resource Centre, St. Michael; Haggatt Hall Resource Centre, St. Michael; Ellerton Community Centre, St. George; St. Christopher Resource Centre, Christ Church and Gall Hill Resource Centre, St. John.
