The dates for the bilateral seminars on Agro-Processing and Agriculture, to be conducted on Hainan Island, China, have been changed.

According to Economic (Commercial) Counselor in the Embassy of the People???s Republic of China in Barbados, Wu Gangchen, the programme was postponed to allow further coordination of the participants??? passports.

The Barbadian delegation, which was scheduled to leave the island on Wednesday, June 10, will now leave on Friday, June 26, and is expected to return on Thursday, July 23.

The bilateral seminars are fully funded by the People???s Republic of China and are organised through the Academy for International Business Officials, also known as the Training Centre of the Ministry of Commerce. The seminars are expected to include presentations, lectures and tours.
