The Christ Church South Constituency Council has joined its counterparts in the parish in promoting entrepreneurship and small business development within the community.

In this regard, the council will stage a Vendor’s Market in the car park opposite Granny’s Restaurant, Oistins, Christ Church, on Saturday, July 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

There will be art, craft, food and clothes on sale, and representatives from various governmental and non-governmental organisations will be on hand to conduct checks for hypertension, diabetes and cholesterol. Additionally, there will be activities for children.

The council is inviting residents of the constituency to register and participate in the event. Persons who wish to sell food are asked to acquire the requisite health certificates and licences.
