Due to the passage of Tropical Storm Elsa, the public is kindly asked to note that all Out-Patients’ Clinics at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the hospital’s Belleville Annex will be closed on Friday, July 2.

Patients affected by the closure will be contacted by the Medical Records Department to facilitate the rescheduling of their appointments.

The public is also asked to utilize the Emergency Ambulance Service or present to the Accident and Emergency Department only in the case of an emergency.

Operations for the Emergency Ambulance Service will cease at the commencement of the National Shutdown and resume once the All Clear has been given by the Department of Emergency Management.

The Board of Management of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital regrets any inconvenience caused, and looks forward to your continued support, and cooperation as we continue to strive towards “Getting Better Together”.
