The National Task Force on Physical Activity and Exercise, in association with Global Event Planners, invites everyone to attend ???The Rural Festival???.
It will be held on the Glebe Pasture, the Glebe, St. George, on Saturday, July 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Admission is free.
There will be an exercise marathon that includes Zumba and line dancing, pan on the green, a Soca Zone, a comedy competition, a male and female football competition, and much more.
Persons are asked to bring canned goods or monetary donations to support the HIV/AIDS Food Bank and the Dollars Drive for Charity. Vendors??? spaces are also available.??For more information, persons may call 433-1420 or 249-7268, or email ruralfestival@gmail.com.
