The annual church service of the Community Independence Celebrations programme will be held at the St. Peter Parish Church, Speightstown, St. Peter, this Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment, Charles Griffith, will join the National Coordinator and staff of the Community Independence Celebrations Secretariat, members of the 2022 Parish Independence Committees, Attendants and Parish Ambassadors for the service, and deliver remarks on the 2022 programme.
Most Outstanding Ambassadors 2021 Dana Brome and Shaquille Griffith and Most Outstanding Attendant Pedro Cumberbatch will also be in attendance. The 2022 theme is ‘Come, Celebrate Barbados’.
