International Day of Persons with Disabilities will be celebrated in Barbados, and around the world, tomorrow, Thursday, December 3.

Activities to mark this occasion will include a concert in Independence Square, the City, starting at 6:00 p.m.

Featured artistes will include Alison Hinds, Adrian Clarke, Troy Special, Romeo, Sheldon Hope, Sir Ruel, Elviston Maloney, Karimah Holder, Terry Arthur, Juanita Paul-Gibbs, and John King.

Other acts are: the EGGS Band, the Irving Wilson School, the Challenor School, the Ann Hill School, Janiel Odle, Mary Sayers-Nicholls, Denise Morris-Walcott and Patrick Forde.

The concert seeks to empower entertainers with disabilities who will be performing with their able-bodied counterparts.
