The Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Water Resource Management, requires a consultant to assist with the Development of Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures Manuals for Public Markets, Fish Handling Sites/Operations and Vending Operations.

The consultant will have to develop the procedures for public markets in Bridgetown – Cheapside; Marhill Street; Probyn Street’ and Fish Market Palmetto Square’; in Christ Church- the Aberdeen Centre, and the Berinda Cox Fish Market; in St. James – Millie Ifill Fish Market and Paynes Bay; Six Roads in St, Philip, Markets in St. John – Consett Bay, in St. Peter – Speightstown Market in St. Peter.

The prescribed standards operations procedures and manuals will be for vending in these markets as well as for fish handling operations. They will also target training of relevant personnel in public markets, fish markets and at landing sites.??

Interested persons should submit an original copy and one copy of the Expressions of Interest in a sealed envelope to the Permanent Secretary C/o Dr. Beverley Wood, Project Execution Unit, Agricultural Health and Food Control Programme, Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Water Resource Management, Suites F1 – F4 & S6, Welches Plaza, Welches, St. Michael, on or before, Monday, June 24.
