Members of the public are being advised that routinely officers of the Ministry of Agriculture carry out crop trials at the Central Agronomic Station at Graeme Hall, Christ Church.

This involves the use of pesticides of various types applied at varying times and concentration.

A number of these crops, specifically sweet potatoes and onions, have been stolen from the compound at Graeme Hall.

Ministry officials are, therefore, urging the perpetrators to desist from this activity since it could be detrimental to their health as well as others who may purchase these crops.

They are also asking members of the public to be vigilant when purchasing such produce.
