Businesses are advised that they must ensure that all relevant fields on the prescribed 2009 corporation tax returns are completed.
According to Commissioner of the Inland Revenue Department, (IRD) Sabina Walcott-Denny, this is to allow for the processing of the returns.
She stressed that no supporting documentation should be submitted with the forms and that returns without the relevant information would not be accepted or considered as filed with the IRD.??
