Barbados’ newest Senator, 60-year old Reginald Aldine Hunte, took the oath of Allegiance to Her Majesty the Queen, before Governor-General, Sir Clifford Husbands, yesterday at Government House.
The new Senator became a Justice of the Peace in 1993 and coordinates the volunteer programme at Kensington Oval Management Incorporated (KOMI). He has been actively involved in politics for over 40 years.
