The business operations of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Council will be temporarily disrupted tomorrow, Wednesday, April 26.
This is to allow the TVET Council’s administrative staff to join others in their profession to attend a seminar and luncheon at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., to commemorate Administrative Professionals’ Day.
The event will be hosted by the Barbados Association of Office Professionals (BAOP), under the theme: Service Excellence – The New Normal. Regular business operations will resume from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
The public is also advised that the Council will be closed on Thursday, April 27, to facilitate an all-day staff function. They will re-open for business on Tuesday, May 2, at 8:15 a.m.
