No one has tested positive for COVID-19 since May 22. Barbados has therefore ended a second week with no more cases of the viral illness. All 58 people tested yesterday were negative.

Meanwhile, none of the four people in isolation will be released today. As a result, the number of persons who have recovered remains at 81. A total of 92 people tested positive since the first two cases were diagnosed on March 16 and seven of these have died.

Up to yesterday, the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory completed 5,870 tests for COVID-19.
