Six women were identified as COVID-19 positive on Sunday, April 4, from the 354 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory.

Meanwhile, three people recovered from the virus and were discharged from isolation. There are 109 persons in isolation.

Barbados has recorded 3,685 confirmed COVID-19 cases – 1,780 females and 1,905 males since March 2020, and 3,537 people have recovered. There have been 43 deaths.

The public health laboratory has so far conducted 143,326 tests. To date, 63,738 vaccinations – 26,344 men and 37,394 women have been administered during the first phase of the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19.
