Members of the public are asked to note that the Criminal Justice Research and Planning Unit (CJRPU), under the Office of the Attorney General, will be conducting a survey on crime and the fear of crime among selected communities across the island.

The survey will start tomorrow, Saturday, March 9, and continue for approximately three weeks.

It is being conducted to assist government in measuring fear and criminal victimization in Barbados.

Interviewers will be carrying clearly marked identification cards, and the public is urged to cooperate with them by providing the required information.

Persons with any queries should direct them to the Director of the Criminal Justice Research and Planning Unit, Cheryl Willoughby, by calling 436-4742 or 436-4746.
