A selection of the island???s most outstanding handcrafted items will be on display, when the Barbados Museum and Historical Society holds a craft event entitled: Crop Over Craftworks: Innovation, Creativity, Design.
It takes place on Saturday, June 4, at the Barbados Museum, The Garrison, St. Michael, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.??Woodwork, leather craft, pottery and basketry will be on display.
Members of the public will also be treated to guided tours of the Museum???s galleries, live actors performing in the galleries and courtyards, a fashion show and a children???s zone. There will also be door prizes to be won.
