Barbadians will soon have another opportunity to get familiar with the history of Bridgetown.

The National Cultural Foundation (NCF) will stage the ICBL Crop Over Heritage tour on Sunday, July 3, beginning at Pierhead, at 8:00 a.m.?? It will be conducted by Senior Lecturer in History at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Dr. Karl Watson.

Participants will walk to a number of historic sites in Bridgetown, including the Screw Dock, the Errol Barrow Statue, Carlisle House, James Fort, the Jewish Synagogue, Cod’s House Site, the Montefiore Fountain, the Old Masonic Lodge Building and Palmetto Square.
