The public is advised that the Customs and Excise Department will be conducting an auction at the Queen’s Warehouse, Terminal II, Grantley Adams International Airport, on Wednesday, June 5, between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Some of the goods which will come under the auctioneer’s hammer will include lighting fixtures, skin and hair care products, garments, computer equipment, motor vehicle parts and miscellaneous hardware items.

Any person who makes a claim to these goods and wishes to clear them must present all documentation, including import licences where applicable, and pay all duties and taxes on or before Wednesday, May 29.

On the day of the sale, payment should be made by cash or a certified Banker’s cheque, all goods will be sold on an "as is" basis and are subject to a reserve or upset price, which includes the relevant duties and any other charges due to the Crown. Any articles sold and not cleared within 14 days from the date of the sale will be forfeited.

Copies of the sale list are available from the Officer-in-Charge of the Queen’s Warehouse at the Airport.
