In an effort to contribute to Barbados’ environmental sustainability, the Ministry of Tourism is continuing to offer its support to the Caribbean Youth Environment Network: Barbados Chapter (CYEN-Barbados), which will host an International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) this month.
The ICC, which will take place on Saturday, September 15, from 6:00 a.m. until 12 noon, will see volunteers head to Long Beach, Silver Rock and Skeete’s Bay to lend a helping hand.?? They will be joined by thousands of volunteers in more than 200 countries across the globe, who will participate in this Cleanup effort.
