The public is advised that the deadline to nominate fellow citizens for the 2020 Pride of Barbados Award for the parishes of St. James, St. Andrew, St. Joseph, St. John, St. George, St. Michael and Christ Church, has been extended to Thursday, December 10.

Nominees must be persons who, through sacrifice, diligence and dedication to service, have made outstanding contributions to community life or to the improvement of economic and social conditions in each parish.

No nominations will be accepted by hand or mail. The nomination form may be accessed via the link – barbados.seamlessgov.com/prideofbarbados.

The Pride of Barbados Award will be conferred on persons who reside, or have resided in a parish in Barbados. They must be nominated by citizens, or permanent residents of Barbados living in the respective parish, or those who now live outside of Barbados.
