Those clients who have not yet re-registered for the Adopt Our Families Programme are asked to do so by Wednesday, June 30.

Special Advisor to the Prime Minister, Corey Lane, has reminded those clients that a review of the one-year-old programme is currently under way, as well as a re-registration of the households, which fall under it.

Therefore, Mr. Lane said persons receiving assistance from the programme must update their status and re-register, so Government can continue to be aware of the level of vulnerability of recipients.

Clients of the Adopt Our Families Programme were recently sent a link with a questionnaire, via their cell phone, which must be completed and submitted by Wednesday, June 30

Those who have not seen the link or are unable to fill out the survey, should call or message 535-5329, so they can receive the necessary assistance in completing the questionnaire.

However, Mr. Lane stressed that those Adopt Our Families clients who had recently re-registered, did not have to do it again.

He explained that this review and re-registering of clients of the programme is to ensure that the most vulnerable families in Barbados are still benefitting from essential financial assistance from Government.
