The Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office (CAIPO) has advised that the deadline for domestic companies to file their Annual return forms has been extended from this Sunday, January 31, to Thursday, March 31.
Companies are required to file in accordance with Section 15 A of the Companies Act.
However, the following companies are exempted from filing. They are: International Business Companies, Exempt Insurance Companies, International Societies with Restricted Liability, International Financial Service Entities, and Nonprofit Companies and Charities.
Forms must be completed by a Director or authorised officer of the company filing.??In addition, from Monday, February 15, all cashier and counter functions at CAIPO, located on the 7th Floor, Baobab Tower, St. Michael, will close at 3:15 p.m.
