Minister of Family and Youth Affairs, Dr. Esther Byer-Suckoo, got the opportunity today to visit the new prison at Dodds, when she, along with officials of her Ministry toured the recently constructed facility in St Philip.
Dr. Byer-Suckoo, who was shown around by Superintendent of Prisons, Colonel John Nurse, said two immediate areas she would be seeking to strengthen were chaplaincy and meaningful rehabilitation of prisoners at the penal institution.
