Members of the public are reminded that the Town and Country Development Planning Office (TCDPO) is undertaking training for the staff, which will result in the early closure of the cashier service on Tuesday, October 19, and Thursday, October 21.
The cashier will operate from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on those two days. As a result, paid services, including the submission of applications and requests for “building starts”, Certificates of Compliance and certified copies, will be affected by the adjusted hours of operation.
The regular cashier hours, from 8:30 a.m. until 3:15 p.m., will be observed on all other days. In addition, the Customer Service Section will continue to operate daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for non-cashier transactions.
Customers of the TCDPO are encouraged to arrange their business accordingly on these days.
