Members of the public will learn more about the Ministry of Education’s initiatives when it holds an Education Expo at its Constitution Road, St. Michael headquarters on Tuesday, October 16, and Wednesday, October 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

There will be a number of booths showcasing different areas in education, including Early Childhood Development Strategies, the School Meals Department, Special Needs Education (Autism Spectrum Disorders), Literacy, and STEM and STEAM.

In addition, booths displaying the services offered by the Student Revolving Loan Fund, as well as reforms in teacher education and preparation will be part of the Expo.

Artistes who are part of the Ministry’s anti-violence campaign – Peter Ram, Faith Callender, Mole and Philip 7 – will also be performing during the Expo, which is free to the public.
