The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training (METVT) will host its Education Month panel discussion on Thursday, October 21.

The event, which will be relayed via the Media Resource Department’s (MRD) YouTube and Facebook sites, will be held under the title: Education Re-imagined: Exploring New Frontiers for Teaching, Learning and National Development in the 21st Century. It gets under way at 6:00 p.m.

Panellists are: Chief Education Officer, Dr. Ramona Archer-Bradshaw; Principal of Queen’s College, Dr. David Browne; Chief Executive Officer of the National Cultural Foundation, Carol Roberts-Reifer; Chief Executive Officer, Barbados Investment and Development Corporation, Mark Hill; Executive Director, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Council, Henderson Eastmond, and Lecturer at the University of the West Indies, Dr. Ian Marshall.

The moderator for the event will be Education Officer, Dr. Denise J. Charles.
