Public officers will get an opportunity to hear about hurricane preparedness and examine their own state of readiness for the 2020 season.

The Learning and Development Directorate of the Ministry of the Public Service will be hosting a Webinar, via Zoom, this Wednesday, June 17, on Emergency Preparedness for public officers. Programme Officer at the Department of Emergency Management, Danielle Skeete, will be the facilitator.

During the session, the presenter will discuss COVID-19 and Hurricane Preparedness; the responsibilities of public officers during and after a Hurricane/Storm; and the Business Continuity Plan and its importance to the public service. 

Interested public officers should complete the online registration by today, Monday, June 15, and they will receive the details for joining the webinar.
