Farmers in St. Philip will have a better opportunity to learn more about ways to market their produce next week.
The Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation is inviting farmers in the Heddings, Kirtons, Marchfield, Sanford, Ruby and Union districts to a meeting on Tuesday, July 19, at the Princess Margaret Secondary School, beginning at 3:00 p.m. It is being convened to discuss plans for the upcoming Eastern Farmer’s Market, which will be held on Saturday, August 6 near the Emerald City car park, from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
