Property owners have just under three weeks to take advantage of a discount on their land tax bills.  The five per cent discount is available to taxpayers if payment is made in full by Friday, December 31, 2021.

The Authority has a number of payment options available to property owners to fulfil their obligations.  Taxpayers are encouraged to take advantage of the digital options available for paying land tax.  These include online payments via EzPay+ and SurePay Online.

Over-the-counter payments may be made at all Surepay locations or at the Authority’s offices in the Bridge Street Mall; Warrens Towers II; Holetown Public Complex and Southern Plaza Complex; Monday to Friday, between 8:15 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Persons using the wire or bank transfer option should follow the transaction instructions on the Authority’s website. To ensure that these payments are accurately applied, property owners using this method should submit payment confirmation to epayments@bra.gov.bb along with the map reference number, the tax year, and payment amount.

Any queries regarding the land tax bills should be directed to 429-3829.
