Celebrations of the Labour Department???s 75th Anniversary continue with the third and final Symposium on Barbados??? National Heroes of Labour.
Held in collaboration with the Barbados Workers??? Union, the event will take place at the Hugh Springer Auditorium, Solidarity House, on Thursday, August 6, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Attendees will hear about the life and works of Sir Grantley Herbert Adams and Sir Hugh Springer. The speakers are Sir Richard Cheltenham, Orlando ???Gabby??? Scott, Dr. George Belle Barbados Ambassador to CARICOM and Robert ???Bobby Morris. All are invited.
