The Ministry of Energy, Small Business and Entrepreneurship is continuing with its mandate to make Barbadians better money and business managers with the resumption of its Financial Literacy Bureau’s clinics on the virtual platform.

The clinics will commence from Tuesday, May 4, and run until Thursday, May 20 via Zoom, with each session starting at 6:00 p.m.

On May 4, the topic for discussion will be Making your Money Work for You by facilitator Maureen Browne.

The session is aimed at sensitising participants about how to manage money and how to make it work for them in their day-to-day activities. It will also touch on managing your income and expenses, accessing and controlling money, and understanding financial terms, commonly used in everyday life, and using the banking system.

Participants may register by clicking here. The public can follow the clinics on Facebook and Instagram at FLB.246.

Further information on the clinics may be obtained by calling the Ministry at 535-7700 or by emailing flb.246@barbados.gov.bb.  They may also log on to www.commerce.gov.bb.
