The Financial Literacy Bureau’s training sessions will continue next week with sessions to be held at satellite centres across the island.

On Tuesday, November 10, the sessions to be conducted will be Surviving on Unemployment Benefits at the Ellerton Community Centre; Setting Financial Goals and Budgeting for Life at Frederick Smith Secondary; and Introduction to Financial Literacy at the Emmerton Resource Centre, The City. At the Alexandra School, Queen Street, St. Peter, the topic for discussion will be Costing and Pricing for Business.

On Thursday, November 12, the topic for discussion will be Introduction to Financial Literacy at the Gall Hill Community Centre, Gall Hill, St. John.

Each session will be 90 minutes, and will run from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Interested persons may contact Velda Harewood, Lynn Culpepper or Richard Harris at 535-7700.  They may also register for the courses via this link.
