The Registrar of Companies has issued an urgent call to banks, financial institutions and businesses to collect outstanding Company Charges, which have been completed by the Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office (CAIPO).

So far, a total of 418 companies have been processed for the period 2012 to March 2020.

Meanwhile, 304 Company Charges were examined but could not be registered due to a variety of errors.

Persons responsible for these organisations have been advised to make arrangements to settle these outstanding charges by contacting the Legal Officer in the Corporate Registry, Mrs. Afiza Boyce, at 535-2431 or aboyce@caipo.gov.bb
