The Vector Control Unit’s fogging operations will continue next week in St. Michael, between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.

On Monday, October 17, the team will visit Brighton, Spring Garden, Ashdeane Village, Strakers Road, Danesbury, Retreat Road, Applegrove Road and the environs.

Tuesday, October 18, will see the areas of Whitehall Main Road, Whitehall Tenantry Road, Whitehall #1,2,3, Eden Lodge, Landing Scheme, Cave Hill and the Eden Lodge Housing Area fogged by the team.

On Wednesday, October 19, persons in Capri Drive, Wavell Avenue with all gaps on the left, Black Rock Main Road, Fairfield Cross Road, Fairfield, Grazettes and the environs will be sprayed.

The areas of Mount Friendship, St. Barnabas and the environs will be visited Thursday, October 20, while on Friday, October 21, the Unit will travel to Upper Collymore Rock, Pine Gardens, Pine Road, Philip Drive, Sunset Drive, Mount Joy, Pine North-South Road, Pine Plantation Road 1 & 2, Croton Avenue, Princess Royal Avenue, Prince Gap and the environs.

Persons with respiratory problems should protect themselves from inhaling the fog. Pedestrians and motorists are asked to proceed with caution when encountering the fogging operations in their area. Parents are advised to prohibit children from playing in the fog or running behind the fogging machine.
