Work by the Vector Control Unit will continue next week in the parishes of St. John, St. Michael and Christ Church.

Fogging will be conducted Monday, August 15 in St. George and St. John.?? Communities to be visited are Redlands Tenantry, Sweetvale, Golden Ridge, Lemon Arbor, Four Roads, Knights Village, Henley Tenantry, Cherry Grove and the environs.

Fogging will occur in St. Michael, on Tuesday, August 16. The Psychiatric Hospital, Ashdeane Village, Brighton Road, Farm Housing Area, Rosemont, Deacons Road, Knights Land, Goodland 1st& 2nd Avenue, Bird River Gap, Corner Westbury Road, Brandons and the surrounding areas will be targeted.

On Wednesday, August 17, Christ Church and St. Michael districts will be fogged. Specifically, Upper Rendezvous, Fordes Road 1st& 2nd Avenue, Fordes Road, Clapham Road, Clapham Heights, Clapham Park, Clapham Close, Clapham near Observatory Road, Mount Clapham, Observatory Road, Adams Road, Gas Products Gap, Laynes Road, Wildey Road, Flagstaff Road, Upper and Lower Ifill Road, Upper and Lower Streats Road and the environs.

Areas to be visited on Thursday August 18, include Highgate Park, Highgate Gardens, Upper Collymore Rock, Villa Road, Rollock Road, Warners Road, Burkes Land, Eversley Road, Manchester Road, Liverpool Road, London Road, Brittons New Road, Radcliffe Gardens, Reece Road, Brittons Park, Laynes Road, Fordes Road, Hillbury Road, Knights Road, Cummings Road, Scotts Gap, Collymore Rock,

Brittons+Road, McClean Gap, Weir Gap, Perkins Gap, Valerie Land, Millyard Road and Brittons New Road.

Come Friday, August 19, the Vector Control team will pay a visit to districts in St. Michael.?? They are: Green Hill, North and South Friendship, Mahaica Gap, Lewis Gap, Storey Gap, Lodge Terrace and surrounding areas.?? All fogging operations will begin at 4:30 and end at 7:30 p.m.

Persons with respiratory problems should protect themselves from inhaling the fog. Pedestrians and motorists should also proceed with caution when encountering the fogging operations in the area.

Parents are advised to prohibit children from playing in the fog or running behind the fogging machine.
