The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health and Wellness will continue its fogging exercise next week in St. Peter, St. Michael and Christ Church.

The team will be in St. Peter on Monday, August 17, fogging Diamond Corner, Lower Castle, Upper Castle, Gays Road, Mount #1 and #2, Boscobelle, Collins and environs. The Graeme Hall Swamp in Christ Church will also be fogged on Monday.

On Tuesday, August 18, fogging continues in St. Peter in Maynards Housing Area, Skeetes Road, Rose Hill, Benn Hill, King Edward Road, Mile-And-A-Quarter, Mount Brevitor, Mount Brevitor Development, Yearwood Road and surrounding areas.

The areas to be fogged in St. Peter on Wednesday, August 19, are Olton Road, Ashton Hall, Clarkes Road, Corbins Road with Avenues, Greaves Road, Reservoir Road, Millionaire Road, Church Street, Station Hill, Golden Mile with Avenues, Douglas Development, Church Hill Development, Church Hill Road, Tom Bend Road and neighbouring districts.

On Thursday, August 20, the areas in St. Michael to be sprayed are Bay Street, Wellington Street, Oxley Street, Beckwith Street, Combermere Street, Nelson Street, Vine Street, Queen Street, Jordans Lane, Pine Hill Road, Erdiston Road, Sunset Drive, Phillips Drive, Pine Gardens, Pine Plantation Road with Avenues and environs.

And on Friday, August 21, the team will travel to Christ Church to fog Rendezvous Hill, Brewster Road, Worthing with Avenues, Bamboo Road, Beckles Road, Harmony Hall, Dover with Avenues, St. Lawrence Gap, Paradise Village and environs.

Fogging takes place between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day. Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter.
