The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health and Wellness continues its fogging exercise next week in several parishes.

On Monday, August 31, the areas to be fogged in St. Peter will be Diamond Corner, Lower Castle, Upper Castle, Boscobelle, Collins and environs.

On Tuesday, September 1, fogging continues in St. Peter and St. Lucy in Colleton Gardens with Avenues, Six Men’s, Six Men’s Village, Mount Brevitor, Mount Brevitor Development, Yearwood Road and surrounding areas.      

The areas in St. Philip to be sprayed on Wednesday, September 2, are Content Cot, Coles Terrace, Coles Crescent, Coles Close, Coles Road, Merricks Tenantry, Peat Bay, Apple Hall, Apple Hall Terrace, Bottom Close, Inchcape Terrace with Avenues and environs.

On Thursday, September 3, the areas in Christ Church to be fogged are Wildey, Clapham Park, Observatory Road, Clapham Ridge, Clapham Heights, Fordes Road, Simmons Road, Plantain Walk, Rendezvous Terrace, Club Morgan with Avenues and surrounding areas.

And on Friday, September 4, the team will be in St. Michael and Christ Church to spray Bonnetts, Bonnetts Housing Area, Reservoir Road, Gunsite Road, Rollins Road, Taitt Road, Worthing Main Road, Bamboo Road, Beckles Road, Harmony Hall and environs.

Fogging takes place between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day. Householders are reminded to open their windows and doors to allow the spray to enter.
