The Ministry of Health and Wellness’ fogging programme will be moving to the parish of St. John next week.

The exercise will begin on Tuesday, May 25, in Foster Hall, Glenburnie, Martins Bay, New Castle, Church View, Clifton Hall and environs.

On Wednesday, May 26, the team will visit Pot House, Colleton Tenantry, Colleton Gardens, Cliff Cottage, Coach Hill, Haynes Hill, Sealy Hall, Palmers Land, Sargeant Street and surrounding districts.

Society Hill, Lovell Road, Rose Gate, Guinea Land, Stewart Hill, Messiah Street, Fortesque, College Savannah, Consett Bay and neighbouring areas will be fogged on Thursday, May 27.

The communities of Claybury, Wilson Hill, Sherbourne, Edge Cliff, Hothersal Tenantry, Mount Tabor Heights, Easy Hall, Venture, Hackleton’s Cliff and environs will be sprayed on Friday, May 28.

Fogging will be conducted between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day, and householders are encouraged to open their windows and doors to allow the spray to enter.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness reminds the public that the completion of scheduled fogging activities may be affected by events beyond its control. In such circumstances, the Unit will return to affected communities in the soonest possible time.
