The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health continues its fogging programme in several parishes next week to reduce the Aedes aegypti mosquito population.

On Monday, January 9, areas to be sprayed in St. James will be Holetown, 1st and 2nd Street Holetown, Jamestown  Park, Sunset Boulevard, Sunset Crest, Hibiscus Avenue, Cherry Avenue, Cemetery Lane, Mahoe Avenue, Palm Avenue, Cordia Avenue and environs.

On Tuesday, January 10, the team will be in Christ Church fogging Dayrells Road, Rockley Terrace, Rockley, Blue Waters, Garden #1 and #2, Peronne Gap,    Golf Club Road and surrounding areas.

Christ Church will again be targeted on Wednesday, January 11, specifically Maxwell Coast Road, Dover Gardens, Dover Road, Headley Road, Dover Terrace, Dover with Avenues, Paradise Village and neighbouring districts.

On Thursday, January 12, the team returns to Christ Church to spray St. Lawrence Gap, Worthing Main Road, Worthing with Avenues, Bamboo Road, Beckles Road, Harmony Hall, Top Rock and environs.

Fogging takes place from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., and householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter.
