The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health continues its efforts to eradicate the Aedes Aegypti mosquito next week, when its fogging programme moves into several parishes.

On Monday, November 16, areas to be fogged in St. Michael will be Garden Land, Hindsbury Road, School Road, Bank Hall Cross Road, Mottley Land, Pavilion Road, Passage Road, Strathclyde, Bank Hall, Manning Land, Eagle Hall, Richmond, President Kennedy Drive, Thomas Gap, Westbury Road, Barbarees Hill and the environs.

On Tuesday, November 17, the team will be in St. Philip fogging Blades Hill, Bayfield, Three Houses, Skeetes Bay, East Point, Sealy Hill, St. Catherine and surrounding areas.

On Wednesday, November 18, fogging continues in St. George in Salisbury, Free Hill, Middleton, Workmans, Jericho, Melverton, Drax Hall Tenantry, Drax Hall Jump and neighbouring districts.

On Thursday, November 19, the team will be in Christ Church fogging Atlantic Shores, Silver Sands, St. Christopher, Round Rock, Bournes Village and the environs.

On Friday, November 13, the unit will return to St. Michael to fog Fairfield, Fairfield Cross Road, Grazettes, Wavell Avenue, Yearwood Road, Belfield, Clevedale, St. Stephen???s Hill, Black Rock and surrounding areas.

Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter. The fogging exercise runs from 4.30 to 7.30 p.m. each day.??
