The Ministry of Health continues its island-wide fogging exercise next week, beginning Monday, November 24, when officers from the Vector Control Unit will be in Christ Church fogging Maxwell Coast Road, Dover, St. Lawrence Gap, Amity Lodge, Worthing Main Road, Hastings Main Road and the environs.
On Tuesday, November 25, the team will visit St. James to fog 1st and 2nd Streets Holetown, Jamestown Park, Sunset Crest, Cemetery Lane, Molyneux, Sandy Lane, Layne???s Road, Paynes Bay, Holders Hill, Chapel Road, Fitts Village and surrounding areas.
On Wednesday, November 26, they will be in St. James, St. Andrew and St Joseph, fogging Durants, Prospect, Appleby Gardens, Crusher Site Road, East Coast Road, Round Rock, Bathesheba and neighbouring districts.
The fogging exercise returns to St. James on Thursday, November 27, specifically Lower Carlton with avenues, Weston, the Garden, Mount Standfast, Westmoreland, Porters, Bay Terrace, Trents and the environs
On Friday, November 28, spraying will be done in St. Michael at Two Mile Hill, Haggatt Hall, Barkers Road, Neils Tenantry, Rouen Road, Tichbourne, Howells Cross Road, St. Barnabas Heights, Stafford Hill, Smith Avenue, Golden Rock, Princess Royal Avenue, Hilltop and surrounding districts.
The fogging exercise takes place between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter.
