The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health and Wellness continues its fogging exercise next week in St. Peter, St. James, St. Michael and Christ Church.

On Monday, September 14, The Risk, Johnson Road, Carrington Road, Baltic Road, Cave Hill Drive, Pie Corner, Cove Bay, Little Bay, Well Road, Moore Hill Tenantry and environs in St. Peter will be sprayed.

On Tuesday, September 15, fogging continues in St. Michael in Pleasant View, University Drive with Avenues, Paradise Heights, Wanstead with Avenues and surrounding areas.           

On that same date, the team will spray West Terrace with Avenues, Oxnards Road, Cherry Drive and neighbouring districts in St. James.

For the rest of the week the Unit will concentrate its efforts in Christ Church, starting Wednesday, September 16, when St. Patricks, Lowthers Hill, Fairview, Acasia Drive, Hopefield Road, Walronds, Charnocks, Spencers, Iris Sam Gardens, St. Patricks and environs will be sprayed.

On Thursday, September 17, the team will fog Ashby Land, Lodge Road, Durants Development, Durants Terrace, Callenders Crescent, Durants Fairways, Callenders Gardens, Callenders Court, Thornbury Hill, Gibbons Terrace and surrounding areas.

And on Friday, September 18, they will fog Graeme Hall Terrace, Graeme Hall Park, Maxwell Hill, St. Lawrence Gap, Worthing, Rendezvous Hill and environs. Fogging takes place between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day. Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter.
