The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health and Wellness continues its fogging exercise next week, starting in Christ Church.

On Monday, September 21, areas to be fogged are Walronds, Charnocks, Spencers, Iris Sam Gardens, Lower Cane Vale, Welches, Ashby Avenue, Oistins, Scarborough, Church Hill and environs.

On Tuesday, September 22, fogging continues in St. Philip in Four Roads, Nursery #1 and #2, Kirtons #1, #2 and #3, Cave Land, Rices Gardens, Rices, Crane Development, Crane Lodge, Tranquility Drive, Pounder Road, Diamond Valley and surrounding areas.       

On Wednesday, September 23, the team will be in St. Thomas spraying Rock Hall Development with Avenues, Porey Spring with Avenues, Dunscombe, Farmers, Bagatelle Park, Bagatelle Terrace with Avenues, Bennetts, Arch Hall Development and neighbouring districts.    

On Thursday, September 24, fogging takes place in the St. Michael districts of My Lord’s Hill, Jones Road, Licorish Village, Odessa McClean Drive, Belle Gully, Back Ivy, Back Ivy with Avenues and surrounding areas.

And on Friday, September 25, they will return to St. Michael to fog Free Hill with Avenues, Rock Road, Mount Cliff, Clarke Road, Connell Road, Boyce Road, Free Hill Road, Stanmore Crescent, Ellerslie School Gap, St. Stephen’s Hill, Goddard Road, St. Dover Crescent, Plymouth Square and environs.

Fogging takes place between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day.  Householders are reminded to open their windows and doors to allow the spray to enter.
