The Ministry of Health’s programme to rid this island of the aedes egypti mosquito will continue tomorrow in the parishes of Christ Church and St. James.??

Fogging will begin on Saturday, October 1, between the hours of 7:00 and 11:00 a.m. at the Christ Church Foundation School. ??On Monday, October 3, Golf Club Road, Dayrells Road, Dalkeith Road, Club Morgan and the environs will be visited. ????Tuesday, October 4, the unit will visit Silver Hill, Kendal Hill, Gall Hill, Cane Vale and the surrounding vicinities.

Fogging will continue on Wednesday, October 5, in Maxwell, Maxwell Hill, Maxwell Development, Hastings and the surrounding areas. ??And, on Thursday, October 6, Parish Land, Church Hill and the environs will be visited.

The Vector Control Unit will carry out operations in St. James on Friday, October 7, and will fog West Terrace, Croton Drive, Husbands and the surrounding districts.

All fogging will commence at 4:30 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m.?? Persons with respiratory problems should protect themselves from inhaling the fog. Pedestrians and

motorists should also proceed with caution when encountering the fogging operations in the area.

Parents are also advised to prohibit children from playing in the fog or running behind the fogging machine.
