The Ministry of Health will recommence its fogging programme next week by visiting three parishes.

Fogging will start on Monday, August 10, in the Christ Church area, where Chancery Layne, Chancery Park, Old Chancery Lane, Seaview, Chancery Layne South, Inch Marlowe, Walls Tenantry, Ealing Park South and the environs will be fogged.

The following day, Tuesday, August 11, the team is scheduled to visit Chancery Lane South, Seaview Road, Park Road, Plover Development, Ealing Grove Gardens, Smith Corner, Silver Sands, Breedy Road, Round Rock and the surrounding districts.

On Wednesday, August 12, fogging will continue in Christ Church in the areas of Lands Down, St. Christopher, Enterprise, Upper Enterprise Gardens, Sea Breeze Drive, Atlantic Shores and the environs.

Fogging will move to St. George on Thursday, August 13. Areas to be visited include Neils Development, Salters Main Road, Charles Rowe Bridge, Salters, Lower Estate Road, Price Road, Harry Cox Road, Parish Land and avenues in the vicinity.

Fogging will culminate in St. James on Friday, August 14, at Orange Hill, Apes Hill, Endeavour, Baywoods, Buccaneer Terrace, Waterhall and the environs.

All fogging will run from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., and householders are asked to assist in the elimination of the deadly Aedes Aegypti mosquito by opening windows and doors to allow the fog to penetrate.

Persons with respiratory problems should protect themselves from inhaling the fog, while pedestrians and motorists must proceed with caution when encountering fogging operations on the street.

Parents are instructed to prohibit children from playing in the fog or running behind the fogging machine.
