The Folkestone Park Interpretive Centre has re-opened for business and features new exhibits for all who visit its Holetown, St. James, location.

The centre, which has been relocated to the main building at Folkestone Park after being closed for upgrades, includes expanded marine interpretive exhibits, some of which feature boat building; historic information on the Folkestone site and the fishing industry through the years; and video presentations.

The facility will be open Mondays to Fridays, with the first tour beginning at 9:30 a.m. and the final tour being facilitated at 4:30 p.m.??Interested schools and community groups are asked to contact the Folkestone Park Interpretive Centre at 422-2314 to book their tours.
